We are based in Kosovo and work with agencies and teams in the European Union, so this notice is written to meet both the Kosovo Law on Protection of Personal Data (No. 06/L-082) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for, plus one detail derived automatically.

- The country your request came from Derived from your IP address by our infrastructure provider and included with the inquiry. Your IP address itself is not stored by us.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details for one purpose: to read your inquiry and respond to it.

Your rights

Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo, or — if you are in the EU or EEA — to the data protection authority where you live or work.

If what we do with inquiries changes, we will update this page. We will not apply a new purpose to details already sent to us without telling you first.
